This website, ebanksfinancials.com (the “Site”), is operated under the legal entity Northern Lights Wealth Building Coaching Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company. “Wayne Ebanks” is the brand and personal name under which the Company’s founder presents this educational content — it is not itself a separate legal entity. By conducting business through this Site, you are legally transacting with Northern Lights Wealth Building Coaching Services LLC, and by using the Site you accept this arrangement.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. If you are not at least 18 years old, please do not access or use the Site.

This Agreement is made between Northern Lights Wealth Building Coaching Services LLC and you, the user and/or member of the Site (“you”).

We reserve the right at any time to:

– Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or
– Change any fees or charges for use of the Site.

CODE OF CONDUCT

While using the Site, you agree not to:

– Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Site, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or “cracking” or defacing any portion of the Site;
– Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
– Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;
– Intentionally re-register for multiple free trials to the same publication under different email addresses within a six-month period as a means to avoid paying for a given newsletter. Our business requires substantial expenses to operate, including content creation, technology-related costs, and marketing expenses, among others. In order to cover these expenses, our newsletters are made available only to fee-paid members and limited-time free trial subscribers. By using our Site, you agree to respect this and to not sign up for more than one free trial to any given newsletter within a six-month period. You are welcome to sign up for one free trial to each of our various publications, but you may not sign up for two or more trials to the same newsletter within a six-month period;

– “Frame” or “mirror” any part of the Site without our prior written authorization;

– Permit anyone else whose account or subscription was terminated, or who has not registered or paid for our content, to use any portion of the Site through your subscription, username, or password.

Consistent negativity or hostility directed at any members or course instructors may result in a ban after a warning.

While using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

REGISTRATION FOR SUBSCRIPTION SITES

To access certain subscription or members-only sections of the Site, you must become a member. When you register, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and (b) maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site.

By signing up for a free trial or free newsletter subscription, you agree to receive occasional mailings from us regarding financial offers that may interest you. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. As part of registration, you will also select a username and password. We may refuse to grant a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as determined in our sole discretion. If you believe your account is no longer secure, you must promptly update your password and notify us via our Contact Us page.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD, AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES) CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

TERMINATION

This Agreement remains effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Northern Lights Wealth Building Coaching Services LLC may terminate this Agreement and/or your access to and use of the Site, immediately, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement. We also reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without cause.

REFUND POLICY

Because premium members immediately benefit from the knowledge, statistics, and analytics they purchase, we do not offer refunds. Investing and trading is a marathon, not a sprint, so every piece of information that can help you learn along the way and give you an edge is worth investing in — especially education that costs less per month than a night out.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND CHARGEBACK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment on this Site, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing Northern Lights Wealth Building Coaching Services LLC to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your purchase. You acknowledge that digital educational content, courses, and materials are delivered or made accessible immediately or shortly after payment is received, and that by completing your purchase you are confirming receipt of value at that time. You agree to contact us directly at info@ebanksfinancials.com to resolve any billing concern, dispute, or dissatisfaction before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this Agreement. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to submit records of your purchase, account access, content delivery, and this Agreement as evidence to the payment processor or card issuer in response to that dispute, and to pursue any and all remedies available to us under applicable law, including recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, and collection costs.
